1. About SUJIPSIL
SUJIPSIL is a hand-dyed yarn brand based in South Korea, creating yarns in colors worth collecting. These Terms govern your use of our online store and purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, and specifications accurately. All SUJIPSIL yarns are hand-dyed, so variations in color, depth, distribution, and speckle placement may occur. Colors may also look different depending on your screen and lighting. Natural variations inherent to hand-dyeing are not, by themselves, considered defects. This does not affect your rights if a product is defective, damaged, or materially different from its description.
3. Product Preparation and Availability
Semi-solid yarns are dyed to order. Please allow 14–21 business days for preparation before your order ships. Up to three skeins can be dyed in a single dye lot. If you order more than three, the additional skeins may come from a different dye lot and may vary slightly in color.
Multicolor yarns are dyed in small batches and sold from available stock. In-stock orders usually ship within 3 business days.
Orders that include a semi-solid item ship together once all items are ready. Preparation time does not include international transit or customs clearance.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through PayPal. Currency conversion, exchange rates, or fees charged by payment providers may affect the amount shown on your payment statement.
5. Orders and Cancellation
An order is subject to successful payment and order confirmation. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible. For semi-solid yarns, cancellation may not be possible once dyeing or preparation has begun. For multicolor yarns, cancellation may not be possible once the order has been prepared for shipping. Nothing in this section limits cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights that apply under mandatory consumer protection laws.
6. International Orders and Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
7. Shipping
Orders ship from South Korea via Korea Post EMS to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Estimated transit times are based on Korea Post EMS guidance for the destination and are counted from the day your order ships. Actual delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed. 8. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, and order issues are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, photographs, text, logos, and other materials are owned by SUJIPSIL or used with permission. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior permission, except as permitted by law.
10. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SUJIPSIL is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including postal disruptions and customs processing.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
