1. Shipping Destinations
We ship from South Korea via Korea Post EMS to the destinations currently available at checkout. Shipping availability may change depending on postal service restrictions and applicable regulations.
2. Order Preparation
Semi-solid yarns are dyed to order. Please allow 14–21 business days for preparation before your order ships.
Multicolor yarns are dyed in small batches and sold from available stock. In-stock orders usually ship within 3 business days.
Orders that include a semi-solid item ship together once all items are ready. Preparation time does not include international transit or customs clearance.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and are shown before you pay. International shipping rates may change; the cost that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout.
4. Estimated EMS Transit Times
Estimated transit times are based on Korea Post EMS guidance for each destination and are counted from the day your order ships, not the day it is placed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal handling, holidays, weather, postal disruptions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
5. Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear as the parcel moves through the postal network.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. SUJIPSIL does not control these charges. Please check with your local customs authority for details before placing an order.
7. Delivery Issues
Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are complete and accurate. Delivery may be delayed if an address is incorrect or incomplete, customs clearance is delayed, or the recipient does not respond to requests from the carrier or customs authorities. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping or handling costs may apply where permitted by applicable law. Please contact us if your parcel appears to be lost or if you have a delivery issue so we can review the available tracking information and advise you on next steps.
