01 /Dye meets water

We can control the dye.
We can’t control the water.

When dye meets water, colors come together in ways we can’t fully predict.

We don’t try to control every outcome. We can’t plan every color. And we wouldn’t want to.

What we believe

Some things are planned. Others happen by chance. And we welcome both.

02 /Made by hand

Every skein is dyed by hand in our small studio.

03 /Two ways we dye

One studio, two kinds of color.

Semi-solid skeins in an even dusty pink

Semi-solid

Semi-solid colors are more predictable, so we dye them to order.

Multicolor skeins in coral, pink and lilac

Multicolor

Our multicolor yarns are dyed in small batches. We sell what we’ve made, and some colors may return. Each new batch may differ slightly from the last.
